What! Sage in a cocktail? You may already know how much flavor it adds to roast beef, steak, burgers, chicken, and pork. It’s fabulous with fall aromas like pumpkin and sweet potatoes. You can even fry the leaves for a snazzy garnish. But in a cocktail? Yes! This earthy, musty plant adds a tasty layer to the sweet, lemony ginger, and tropical coconut. Don’t overlook how much herbs can spruce up your spirits too!
