Peach Pie Cocktail
Ingredients
5 scoops of Edy's Summer Peach Pie Ice Cream
1 large peach (hold 1 slice back for garnish)
1 shot of vanilla rum
1 shot of peach schnapps
Directions
Chill glass in the freezer. Mix all ingredients in blender. Pulse until blended. Then whip until thick. Add slice of peach on edge of glass and enjoy!
This ice cream is like one of those creamy dreamcicles. It's also delicious with ginger snap cookies. Peach and ginger is a great combo! Such a short season here for peaches and canned or frozen just do not work as a substitute for the real thing in this queen's palette.
